The Media People is majority owned by the Employee Trust, with all staff members who have completed 12 months of service being beneficiaries. This ownership ensures that employees have a say in company operations, share in generated profits, and actively participate in decision-making processes. The Employee Board plays a key role in company decisions, and staff members contribute to shaping the company’s culture, benefits, social initiatives, and board-level behaviour.
