With consumer appetite at an all-time high, it’s clear that digital marketing has become more important than ever. But how should digital marketers look to stay one step ahead of its growing audience?

For IAB CEO Jon Mew, the answer lies in experimentation. Drawing parallels with Levi Strauss, who developed the famous Levis Jeans by responding to customer needs during the Gold Rush, Mew highlighted the importance of “trying new things, but learning from them too”. Make considered choices and a clear strategy – don’t naively try to engage with every opportunity in the market.

Key speakers from YouTube, Snapchat, Meta, Spotify, Reddit, Twitch, Global & TfL gave updates on their platforms and their ever-evolving audiences as well as discussing issues such as sustainability, diversity and building communities.
